Load in the chart, not in your memory

With a full schedule nobody remembers whether a patient was on 2 or 3 lb. Load in the note avoids stepping back by accident and shows real progression.

What to look at before buying ankle weights

Criteria from someone who uses it with patients, not from someone who only sells it.

A good ankle weight has a strap that does not loosen during the set and a filling that does not shift to one side. Badly distributed weight changes the lever arm halfway through the exercise.

An adjustable set is worth more than a single pair: progressing the load is the goal.
