    Load progression, session by session

The band color is the load. Recording which color, how many sets and how it felt is what lets you progress at the right time — and show the patient they did.

What to look at before buying resistance bands

Criteria from someone who uses it with patients, not from someone who only sells it.

Check that the set comes in different strengths: three identical bands are no use for progressing load, which is the whole point of using bands.

Latex gives the better elastic response; TPE is there for latex allergy. A dried-out band snaps in the middle of an exercise.
