1. Acceptance

Using Physioly means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the system.

2. The service

Physioly is a practice-management system for physiotherapists and physiotherapy clinics. It offers electronic patient records, an online diary, financial control and PDF reports, available in the web browser and in the mobile app.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Any activity under the account is the account holder's responsibility. Provide truthful information when signing up.

4. Permitted use

The system is intended exclusively for professional use by qualified physiotherapists and duly established healthcare businesses. Using Physioly for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in breach of applicable law, is prohibited.

5. Plans and payments

Plans and prices are described on our pricing page. The Free plan is free forever and does not require a credit card, with the usage limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Plans are not sold inside the mobile app.

6. Availability

Physioly will make reasonable efforts to keep the system available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Intellectual property

All content, source code, trademarks and interfaces of Physioly are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, modification or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Physioly is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the system.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the system after new Terms are published means you accept the changes.
