# Physioly

> Physioly is practice management software for physiotherapists, physical therapists and kinesiologists, from solo practitioners to clinics with up to 20 clinicians. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, in English and Spanish. There is a permanent Free plan with no credit card — the first 7 days of every account are fully unlimited — and paid plans from US$29/month for solo practitioners and US$95/month for clinics.

## Who it is for

- Physiotherapists working on their own: private rooms, home visits, Pilates, sports, pelvic health, neurological and respiratory work.
- Clinics and studios with a team: from 3 to 20 physiotherapists per plan, with a diary per practitioner, per room and per class, and payouts worked out per appointment. Above 20 there is a custom plan.

### Diary
- Day, week and kanban views; a diary per physiotherapist and per room.
- Recurring appointments and group classes, with progress notes and billing per participant.
- Waiting list, no-shows, cancellations and rescheduling.
- Patient arrival recorded at reception (face recognition or fingerprint reader) or from the patient's own phone.
- Online sessions: an appointment can be marked as online, and the link to your own video room (Zoom, Google Meet or similar) reaches the patient through their personal link.

### Clinical records
- Assessment forms by specialty — musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, sports, pelvic, paediatric, geriatric and more — plus your own custom forms.
- Progress notes per session, pain scale (VAS) with a chart of treatment progress, body map, functional tests and attachments.
- Intake form the patient fills in before the first appointment.
- Home exercise programmes with 3D demonstrations, and the patient's own log (done or not, pain, effort, symptoms).

### Patients
- A personal link per patient, sent by WhatsApp or any messenger, with upcoming sessions, attendance confirmation, home exercises and the online session link. The patient does not create an account or install anything.
- Import your patient list from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV spreadsheet, with a preview of every patient before anything is saved.

### Finances
- Payments, session packages, overdue payment tracking and reports.
- Health funds with their own fee schedule, for the practice's own finances.
- Practitioner payouts for clinics, by percentage.

### Other
- A public practitioner portfolio page with a contact form to capture new patients.
- Accessibility: text size, colour-blind modes, contrast and reduced motion.
- Installable as an app on the phone (PWA), with no app store involved.

## What Physioly does not do

- No automatic SMS or WhatsApp reminders. The system reminds the practitioner and the patient confirms through their link; messages to patients are written by the system and sent by you.
- No insurance or health-fund claiming.
- No built-in video calling: online sessions use the video link you already have.
- No app-store apps (App Store or Google Play). Without a connection you can read what was already on screen, but not record anything.

Monthly or yearly billing; paying yearly costs the same as 10 months. Prices in US dollars.

- The first 7 days of every account have no limits at all.
- After that: 1 patient and, per month, up to 5 appointments, 5 progress notes, 5 financial entries and 5 PDF reports.
- Nothing is deleted when a limit is reached.

- Up to 20 patients, with unlimited diary, notes, finances and PDF reports.
- Up to 5 images per patient.

### Professional — US$39/month (US$390/year)
- Up to 100 patients, unlimited use and priority support.
- Up to 10 images per patient.

- Unlimited patients, unlimited use and VIP support.
